Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how WriterBridge handles subscriptions, prepaid credits, digital delivery, failed jobs, duplicate payments, and Paddle-processed purchases.

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Digital delivery

WriterBridge sells digital software access and usage credits. Account access is delivered online after signup or payment. Purchased credits are applied to the user account after payment confirmation from the payment processor.

All paid purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law, required by Paddle's buyer terms, expressly stated in this policy, or approved in writing by WriterBridge or Paddle. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by completing payment you request immediate digital delivery and understand that refunds are not available once account access is delivered, credits are delivered, or AI processing begins unless an exception below applies.

Paddle payments

Paid purchases may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, taxes, receipts, invoices, card statements, buyer support, and refunds. If Paddle processes your payment, refunds must generally be handled through Paddle rather than direct off-platform repayment.

Subscriptions

Users can cancel future subscription renewal through available account or billing controls, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but past billing periods, renewal charges, unused included credits, delivered account access, and completed AI processing are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.

Credit packs and AI jobs

Credit pack purchases are generally final. Refund requests for wholly unused credit packs may be reviewed case by case, but approval is not guaranteed. Credits already consumed, reserved for active jobs, or used for completed AI processing are non-refundable because third-party provider costs may already have been incurred.

If a translation job fails because of a verified WriterBridge technical issue, WriterBridge may, at its discretion, restore credits, rerun the job, or review a refund request. Low-quality output, disliked style, model limitations, or a need for human editing do not by themselves qualify for a refund because AI translation requires human review.

Technical issues and duplicate payments

If a payment succeeds but account access, subscription status, or credits are not delivered correctly, contact support. Duplicate payments, failed delivery, and verified technical failures are eligible for review, but refunds are not automatic unless required by law or approved in writing by WriterBridge or Paddle.

Policy violations

Refunds may be denied where an account is suspended or terminated for rights violations, fraud, payment abuse, prohibited content, or other misuse of WriterBridge. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where required by law.
