Acceptable Use Policy

WriterBridge is built for authors and rights holders who want to translate their own manuscripts. This policy explains content and behavior that is not allowed on the platform.

You may only upload, translate, edit, export, or publish content that you own or have permission to process. If your work is under an exclusive publishing, distribution, monetization, translation, or adaptation contract, you are responsible for confirming that your use of WriterBridge is allowed.

WriterBridge is not a copyright clearance, rights management, publishing, or legal review service. We do not confirm that a manuscript is yours, that your contract permits translation, or that a platform will accept your translated work. You remain solely responsible for rights clearance and legal permission before uploading, translating, exporting, publishing, or commercializing any content.

• Uploading, translating, or exporting content that you do not own or have permission to use.
• Uploading pirated novels, scraped books, leaked manuscripts, fan translations you are not authorized to process, or contracted works where translation rights are restricted.
• Using WriterBridge to evade publishing contracts, platform terms, copyright restrictions, or rights-holder instructions.
• Creating or processing sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or age-restricted content, including any sexual content involving minors.
• Creating non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes, likeness misuse, voice impersonation, or content that falsely suggests a real person endorsed or created something.
• Generating threats, harassment, hateful abuse, instructions for self-harm or violence, malware, scams, or other unlawful content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with WriterBridge or its providers.
• Using payment fraud, stolen cards, fake accounts, or other deceptive activity to access the service.

WriterBridge provides AI-assisted translation tools. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, tone, cultural meaning, continuity, rights compliance, and publication suitability before using it outside the service.

WriterBridge may suspend or terminate access, remove content, block jobs, preserve records, or refuse refunds when we believe an account violates this policy, the Terms of Service, payment rules, or applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where required by law.
